Update: tried again a bit later. Was rescheduled twice, no one communicated that i wanted a process and color, tried to convince me to do a color i did not want, very obviously didn't listen or communicate with each other and only offer natural bland colors. Will never come here again and suggest that anyone who wants more than muted looks avoid at all costs. Was so upset because they made me waste 2 days trying to get an appointment but kept canceling and just straight up refused to work on my hair which is fine. A bit too ... read more
