The instruments are not sterilized, which means there is a high probability of getting an infection. The nails are made in different lengths, shapes and thicknesses. One of my nails got damaged and today I have inflammation. I paid for this pleasure is $75. I called the office and told Tracy about this situation, but she is ignored me. Be careful and make the right choice of specialists. Remember that beautiful pictures from the site can hide terrible consequences.

Update: Constantly shocked at check out. Tracy does amazing lashes, lash retention is amazing like 2-3 weeks! I asked for a 1 week 30min, $40 lash refill because MAYBE 3-5 lashes had fallen off in the 2 weeks since my last service and at check out was charged for a 2 week $75 lash fill; she took $10 off because I questioned it but she took 45min...a few of those minutes she was texting (not mad at the multi-tasking) but shocked that I didn't get or pay for what I asked for. I've found my nail and lash spot! Tracy and the crew are Detail oriented! My nails are super thin so Tracy and I decided the best thing was acrylic with gel polish. She started then another lady finished. I think I only want Tracy just because I don't do well with the language barrier plus I didn't like that they switched on me and never mentioned price (thats why its 4 instead of 5 stars). Truly love my nails and will be back for lashes

Please go here!! Every single person who works here is friendly, fast working, and very good at their job. I have gone here several times and have only had extremely positive experiences.
