I drove dogs from DPS Animal Rescue in Palo Alto, Ca to Tracy with a big van on Saturday 8/15. I got stuck in a parking lot because the cable connecting the shift lever to the transmission came lose and was stuck in neutral. I was really fearful that I could not get a mechanic to fix the van in time for me to go back to Palo Alto and would have to wait and leave the van in Tracy until Monday.
