Dr. TRACEY and her staff have been top-notch with me always taking her time with me and explaining everything I had left for 15 years and moved to Arizona and when I came back, she welcomed me with open arms. I think the world of Dr. TRACEY and her staff I would send my best friend there.
I went to this office for 30 years and have recently left. A well liked doctor abruptly left. Staff won't call to check on referred test results, making patients do all the work. Takes forever to get an appointment unless it's diagnostic, then they can get you right in, billing profits. Wouldn't see a child back as a patient because it was 1.5 years since they were last seen. This place is falling apart, putting corporate policies above patient needs.
Dr. Tracy is wonderful, she has saved my life. She is compassionate and takes the time to listen.
Excellent physician and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
