The worst experience ever, I took myself and daughter for our first time and the very next day our nails were messed up by the way we got gel nails. My middle finger swelled up and polished started peeling off. So we will not be going back to them

I had a guy during my visit ,but I didn’t catch his name! He was amazing, great conversation and he made sure my nails and pedicure were well done before I walked out. He was great
I was very disappointed in my service. My service was very rushed and I didn’t feel I was given my moneys worth for a “active” pedicure I didn’t receive a hot towel or scrub. The gentle man doing my service was very rough I had to keep saying “ouch” and he was still rough. I got my eyebrows done as well and the lady doing them butchered my brows and I’ve been going to Tracy’s for my brows for years. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
