Hannah is the BEST!! Patient, professional and kind. I’ve been a customer at Tracy’s for over 20yrs (On and off) I’ve moved several times but find myself returning to Tracy’s for my gel mani/pedi. Most of the technicians are good except my last experience before Hannah was disappointing :( The tech rushed, left me with big square nails even though I asked for oval/almond shape, the acrylic was way too thick and she coughed continuously while watching a program her phone—all bad!! I’m pissed Lily waxed half of my eyebrows off and then had the nerve to ask if I want my lip waxed… her pedicure was rushed even though it was not crowded. My nails are okay
I've been comming to this location for YEARS. I love the location because of the to convenience my office..but I much rather visit my springfield location or even closer the one in Rivertown. Unfriendly, and rushed. I still paid 115 plus tip.. Her work was meticulously done..perhaps this is the new norm.
The worst experience ever, I took myself and daughter for our first time and the very next day our nails were messed up by the way we got gel nails. My middle finger swelled up and polished started peeling off. So we will not be going back to them
Harry is excellent. Great customer service.
