Tracy sold me a car with a busted transmission. Within 30 miles I knew something was wrong. Come to find out I needed an entire replacement. Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty which covered the whole thing. While this was happening, I had to drop off, and pick up my vehicle on 3 separate occasions due to either lack of parts, lack of communication between departments, or both. Tracy is excellent at taking care to make sure their service is exceptional . Thought I might have a brake issue ( heard what sounded like grinding) with my 2023 Bolt They quickly checked and provided an analysis saying "No problem"
Horrible job performance charged for work not done, unbelievable!
Lukas was very good. Actually, everyone we dealt with in the dealership was good. My car is gorgeous and is a pleasure to drive. I'm still learning all the new stuff, but I love it!
