Absolutely the worst auto dealer experience of my life. Bought a used tahoe (would never have happened if Anthony Kearney hadn't intervened, THANKS TONY). Sales people I had experience with were totally incompetent. Some rude, all lacking customer service qualities, showed up at dealer as scheduled twice only to leave because car wasn't ready. I can’t say enough good things about the service department at McGovern Chevrolet in Plymouth. Ashley and Rick were absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, and truly invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They treated me like more than just a customer, and that kind of genuine care is rare these days. If every service department operated the way they do, the world would be a better place.
