Unpleasnt experience went there on daughter behalf because she doesn't know those people work i do. Mind ya she bought 2 cars from people before . So she bought another car from them a year and a half ago for 20 k and i put allready 4 k into it. Still all the same problems .all they said hs we can put in a new over and over. They offered 3 k for her car for a new one .really. i walk out the door right then. They new they sold a lemon . The young salesman was good but the manger in the red shirt wasn't. Tried to play the game too hard. I walked out and bought a trailblazer from McKay in raynham. I ordered accessories from the Chevrolet app and they shipped to McGovern Plymouth for free so gave them another chance. The voicemail I got letting me know my order was in had employees in the background calling me a prick. Glad I didn’t give this place my business!
I came in with a specific car in mind and Carlos immediately got on it to share all of the details and take it for a test drive. I wasn’t quite ready to bite the bullet as it was a car for my daughter and she wasn’t there. They gave me LOTS of time to process my thoughts, make phone calls and inspect the car about 20 times before committing. The whole process started to finish has been smooth and I would definitely come back and ask for Carlos!
