Avoid this dealership. I had 5 year old GMC Sierra that needed a transmission replacement. Had the vehicle towed here. They advised me it needed to be diagnosed for a certain cost. Understandable, even though we both knew what the issue was. It was diagnosed for double the cost, and the quote they came back with taxes was over $19K. That is nineteen thousand dollars. Typical old time dealer. Makes you wait hours, blaming the manager was busy. But as soon as you go to leave they come up with another quick offer. Painful, Painful, Painful.
