Tracy really worked hard to sell our loft. It was a unique property in a tricky selling market, but she made it happen and we are thrilled. She was there from beginning to end with comps, staging, and sitting open houses. Her targeted promotions were creative, and we especially appreciated her regular communication. We always knew what was happening.
