Firstly the whole medical team was amazing very friendly and reassuring but the sales team on the otherhand was just awful the salesperson tried to upsell me lenses that l simply l didn't want even though l explained to him my budget is super tight due to my health problems and l have a lot of medical bills to pay my wife asked him to breakdown the prices and he said l guess in a very condensing way l felt very belittled by the way l was treated by him like he said "well if this isn't your budget" like almost looking down at... read more
My wife asked me to write this review on her behalf. We visited the LO Eyecare (Okemos location) today for her annual eye exam and we had a great experience. Dr. Putnam is outstanding! Her bedside manner is warm, pleasant, polite, and genuinely caring. The staff is also excellent and very welcoming.
Dr. Putnam is the best. I highly recommend her.
