Dr. Pfeifer and her team are the best of the best! They are extremely attentive and care about their patients. Dr. Pfeifer is an artist and I couldn’t imagine getting my procedure done anywhere else. Maureen and the NYC team are responsive, knowledgeable, and have/continue to support me through my pre-op and post surgery. Great experience, would highly recommend!

Dr. Pfeifer is a smart doctor, who I am sure, is good at what she does. I do not want to discredit her capabilities. However, I could not get past her front desk and billing personnel. Stating that it is all a "hot mess" would be kind. The disorganization is horrendous and scared us away from moving forward to have Dr. Pfeifer cut! Best decision I made since I had the chance to speak to a few other doctors, get a sense of how other offices do, should run and the professionalism. Absolutely phenomenal! Since the very second I walked in Dr.Pfeifers office in Manhattan, I knew I made the right choice. After the consultation I could not wait to get my surgery done.
