Tracy is the best of the best!!!!!
My Mom visited Tracy Lynn Caldwell to establish care with a primary care provider. Tracy saw her and provided some referrals for a neurologist, cardiologist, and other doctors. However, when it came time for my Mom to move to California to be near her grandchildren, Tracy failed to provide the required paperwork despite multiple people contacting her. I was running alittle late, it took me 3 to four months to get an appointment with her. I was not running late due to lack of timing but due to an accident that happened so I was stuck in traffic. She refused to see me and told her nurse to have me book another appointment though her nurse had already checked me in. I felt this was done to me cause I was African American. My insurance company keep this doctor with a job and she showed no compassion. Stay away find a doctor who truly cares cause she doesn’t
