I would have given them no stars. However, I couldn't leave a comment. Go to another State Farm agency in FortMill etc. This office is incompetent. Just listen to their voicemail when you call.Its a portent to the catalog of incompetence. They cost me an extra $100 for not following up (Winki) on a policy I had being transferred from the North Carolina office to the South Carolina office.
