This doctor was disgusting to my grandmother who went to her for help. Even my grandfather said he has never heard a doctor talk to a patient the way she did in his 88 years of life. My grandmother is one of those sweet older women who was upset wondering why she was treated so poorly. What a disgusting horrid person. That is uncalled for. She has no place with people.
Disappointing experience. The staff is unfriendly. There is no follow up from the provider, just a phone call from a medical assistant that cannot pronounce the big words, much less answer a question regarding its significance, and you’re told you’re being sent somewhere else for follow up and that someone will call you. When will they call? Who is going to call? Great questions, unfortunately the out of pocket expense and insurance payments weren’t enough to get an answer to them or buy me anyone’s time or concern.
I was referred to this office from the ER and skeptical to even call this office based off of the reviews for Dr. Lovell. After months of being in and out of the hospital, hematologist appointments, neurology appointments, G.I. appointments - I finally called to book a much needed appointment for further testing to try to find some answers on my health. This doctor wrote on the referral that she WONT see me until my GI issues are cleared. It takes MONTHS to get in with any doctor. I need to see a rheumatologist. I need furth... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Lovell for 12 years now and she helped get to the root of my pain and after all the labs and everything came back she set me on a course of treatment. Do we always see eye to eye? Absolutely not BUT she listens to me and if it's an issue she doesn't deal with she always refers me to someone who does. I've never been denied treatment of my condition or refills. She has been a blessing to me the last 12 years and if I've needed to be seen sooner they always try to work me in as soon as they can.
I was reluctant to write this review, but I’ve thought about it and patients need to know just because they have the title of Dr does not mean they practice ethics nor behave in a professional manner. Before I get into this review I want to admit I don’t make the best patient when I’m sick. I don’t care about taking a lot of pills. With that being said the first visit with Dr. Lovell she said “I’ve heard about you and I’m not putting up with it.” I will refuse to see you” (first visit ). Later my daughter was diagnosed with ... read more
