Immediately verbally attacked my friend. Doesn't understand basic service dog law despite being in a field that relates directly to service dogs. Asks about god and religion, something that should have no bearing on an assessment. Was rude and dismissive to someone struggling with a life-altering disability. Absolutely wild that this person is employed in this field.
Would give zero stars if I could. As soon as she walks in the waiting room she sees my medical alert service dog and starts demanding to see her papers. I told her that there is no requirement for paperwork for service dogs per the ADA and she says SHE is a psychologist and knows the law. (She clearly does not) Any paperwork someone has is usually fake anyway. There is no standardized certification process for service dogs (which granted is a gigantic problem). DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Dr Tracey discriminates against the lgbtq+ community. She knowing wrote in my daughters ssi paperwork that she is not mentally impaired when she is diagnosed with fragile X syndrome , adhd , odd , and other disorders . She asked me if I believed in god or had religious support , I of course said no , she asked my daughter questions that my daughter answered in correctly each question and she still said she wasn’t mentally impaired. I have every confidence in recommending Dr. Allred to others. I have witnessed the results of her play therapy methods and have always felt comfortable, encouraged, and grateful for her gifts in our community.
I took my daughter for an appointment. After confirming our names, Dr. Allred asked if we were vaccinated. When we answered no, her demeanor changed. She demanded we get masks and cut our visit dramatically short. She did not want us to touch the doors. She gave my daughter a toy to play with, but took it from her at the end of the visit, threw it on the floor, and then sprayed it with Lysol right in front of us as if we had the plague.
