I've been going to Tracy Knight for several years now. I won't go to anyone else. She goes over what areas need to be worked on before she begins. If you have any issues, she will work on the area a little longer to give you relief. I always book for 90 minutes or more. I am relaxed the entire time and feel amazing when I walk out of there.
