They were not warm welcoming and did not explain in detail the whole process. When waiting for tint at facility, there were no entertainment such as tv or magazines. And I was waiting for 4 hours, I had traveled over 30 miles to get the tint done with this company. Once completed, I was again not happy. The tint idarkerlighter than I had on originally and was not asked if that was ok. Same day, I noticed that the tint was already lifting by the evening. Not happy with the Groupon deal or service I received here. The technician was unable to install rear glass tint in my son's 2002 Lexus LS430. The crew claimed that they would need to remove the defroster elements. This is unacceptable as the rear window will not have defroster capabilities. I brought this to another shop and they were able to install this with no issue. Also, the tint is misaligned on the front driver's window.
