I came in to this dealership today with my brother to look at some cars, and we were greeted by a gentleman named Moe Salem. Let me just say hands-down I have never experienced customer service the way I experienced it with this fine salesman. He is the exact definition of a man in the business who knows what he is doing. I also want to thank the sales management team for getting me into my 2025 Honda Accord.
I decided it was time for a new car so I paid a visit to Tracy Honda and let me say the service over there is exceptional. I was greeted by a sales person named Mo, who was very knowledgeable with his product. I’m glad to say I did business over at Tracy Honda And I recommend anybody who’s looking for a good deal and product knowledge to pay Mo a visit.
