We hired Tracy Home Improvement in July 2016 to remove and build a new deck on our home. Initially all communication was good with a start date of mid August 2016. They did not start until mid October, and a 2-3 week project was not completed until the last weekend in November. Many times no one showed up, & no one called to tell us when they would come again. This business is not at the address it has listed with the BBB. I drove to the address listed, dropped off samples Mr. Tracy failed to pick the agreed to pick up the samples on Feb 6th. Failed to call and notify me that he would not be able to do so. If this is indicative of his project follow through i am certainly glad we chose another contractor.

I informed the customer that I was being treated for pneumonia. And the samples were not dropped off at *** ***** ******* which is the address listed on the Better Business Bureau
