Initially my experience with Dr. Hitzeman was wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and took time to listen to my concerns. However since my initial appt, I have NEVER been so frustrated with an office before in my life. I have had nonstop issues with getting my medications filled properly. Initial “misunderstandings” left me waiting for medications for weeks. Fast forward one month.. I checked in 6 & 2 days prior to medication running out to request a refill. Dr. Hitzeman recently delivered my first and was our provider throughout the entire pregnancy. She always calmed my fears about pregnancy, gave top tier care, and was SO encouraging during labor. She always listened, and responded kindly even when my fears came from the internet as a first time mom. I would 100% recommend her to ANYONE. The biggest bonus is that she is now our son’s provider and we don’t have to end our journey with her. Incredibly impressed with my first visit with Dr. Hitzeman. I truly felt she took the time to listen to me. I never felt rushed. She was empathetic, kind, realistic, and knowledgeable. My prescription was called in before I left. I’m thankful for the excellent level of care so far. Would highly recommend!
I will forever go to Dr Hitzeman. She is very attentive and takes time to listen to her patients.
