Update: There job failed and the water pan leaked in the shower remodel after 1.5years. Turns out Felix is not a licensed contractor. When I made him aware of the issue and the damage that the water leak had created to the flooring and down to the kitchen ceiling he had agreed to help initially and later retracted making excuses stating the would not pay me back to the cost to repair the damage his work created and he had done. We had a wonderful experience with Felix and his team! We have hired them multiple times for various projects including two bathrooms, and our garage. They are fairly priced, timely and collaborative!
Felix and his two workers did amazing remodel in our master bathroom also took out our carpet in our bedroom and put in LVP. They painted our bedroom. Now we just hired them again to install more LVP in our living room. Thank you
From Tracy Handyman Pro, Felix Cholico and his well trained assistants, Luis and Vidal, did an amazing job on my first house.
