BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Bought a new home in the oak grove crossing neighborhood in Harvard, Tracy group promises the 1 year home warranty but it does NOT honor it! Used Tracy group to build a new home in “THE PINES” subdivision in Elkhorn. There were numerous issues from construction scraps left under the carpet, the shoddy attention to detail. They cut the counter too straight through to the back wall behind the sink when they made the cut out and agreed to repair it but never actually fixed it just ignored my calls and e-mails.
