Tracy is amazing!!!! I cannot stress more on that. I took a couple sessions of CST with her and it has helped me immensely. I had suffered from chronic pain in my lower back and ankle for a while which got relieved to a great degree just after my first session. Also, Tracy exudes so much positive energy that meeting her feels less like therapy and more like a relaxing retreat😊 She is such a fun and charming therapist!
