Tracy Glass Shop, measure my Arch window and installed a new Arch window in a timely manner. They were excellent and accurate with the measurement. had my glass replaced by this shop. not happy with the service. still leaks. even though i paid more than averag. not too experienced we'll never go back.
Have done business with tracy glass for the last 20 years and have never had a problem. People seem to get uptight about glass, thinking that everything can be fixed 'now now now'. They dont understand, like any other construction related business, it takes TIME. Tracy glass shop has have always had courteous service and quality product. I like that they have a great sense of humor too. Keep up the great work!!
