Shannon and Robert provided excellent customer care after my car went in for service and needed to be kept for a few days. Easy drop off, easy pick up, great communication. They even found that I had overpaid and adjusted the amount immediately. Everyone I dealt with at Tracy Ford were friendly and helpful. That's where I'll be taking my car from now on.
Shannon from Service was on top of her game and scheduled me to come in for 2 service updates that required Ford’s attention. She took care of all of the logistics and I was able to pick up my vehicle on the same day as promised. She was in constant communication so I was pleasantly impressed. Keep up the amazing work!
