Easy in and out the way it should be.
Tried to get new keys programmed for my Mach-E here. Sent over all the documents their service department asked for in early August. Followed up nearly a month later asking for an update — no response. Called the service department multiple times after that and nobody ever picked up. Took the car to Big Valley Ford instead, where they verified my ID right away and are actively diagnosing the problem — they found the battery needs to be restored first, which is complicating the key programming. awesome experience here at Tracy Ford, i live about 3 hours away so normally calling to ask about a car i’m interested in is always a hassle but not here, Brandon the sales manager was a huge help in the process answering all my questions and being more than transparent. definitely recommend coming down if you’re considering a new vehicle
