We purchased used 2023 F150 from Tracy Ford on Sunday April 6th. On the whole it was a smooth transaction. I give the sales and finance side 5 stars. My issue is the lack of transparancy in their marketing and sales. I've owned and operated businesses for 40 years. For me transparancy in pricing equates to honesty. Therefore if the advertised price has addtional required fees that are not deciminated upfront, I find that to be deceptive and a form of dishonesty. Tracy Ford service is better than the dealership in my own town, but this experience was a little of a miss on communication with me when my vehicle was ready and work completed. Quick Lube took just over 2 hours to complete. Alot longer than I was anticipating. Overall a good service department, probably a bad Friday for them.
