Outstanding Service Dept! We took our MachE in for a couple recalls and two other concerns. One issue with the front camera took extra time so they got us a free rental car for the weekend. Ricky was amazing to deal with and we’ll definitely be back to Tracy Ford for all our furture repairs.
Very poor experience. They broke a part on my car during an oil change and did unnecessary work such as removing my dashboard. The car isn’t the same. They also ripped my leather seats and took months to get it fixed. Comedy of errors
Very disappointed in our service at Tracy Ford. We take a 2021 Bronco that I purchased from Tracy Ford and also purchased the extended warranty at the time I bought the vehicle with the salesman stating it's the same warranty as the factory warranty and just has a $100 deductible. No problem I'm good with that. The issue is that the first time we take the vehicle to them for a warranty issue that we provided a picture of the error, they said they can't find the code in the computer and now there's a $400 diagnose fee.
