Excellent care. Very knowledgeable. Weather caused rescheduling but staff was able to get me in in under a week. I've followed her to 3 different practices due to the quality of care I have received. Understands unique needs for Military personnel.

So another hospital experienced a Hurricane disaster with devastating flooding. The hospital was without power. Brave staff aided victims by flashlight. The hospital generator caught fire. The Governor & State Resources were called in to help. Instead of pitching in to help as well - This Messner Doctor criticizes the neighboring hospital on social media for sending him a few critical patients when their hospital was on fire! Messner proudly said he was "judging them". Nice guy
There is a friendly professionalism about Dr. Maughan. I felt I could thoroughly trust his judgement and capabilities
