I honestly cannot recommend Tracy highly enough. I have been seeing her for a few years now, and she has been such an incredible support to me throughout that time. Highly recommend Tracy. I saw Tracy for pregnancy and labour prep and had such a positive experience. She created a calm environment that immediately put me at ease during our sessions.
Tracy creates a calm, welcoming space and brings deep expertise to every session. Every session feels thoughtful and genuinely holistic from start to finish.
So caring and very gentle with the needles. You can hardly feel them. Tracy is skilful and knowledgeable. You absolutely feel much better. I went for more energy and that's what I got the very first time.
I love this treatment with Tracy, and the results I experience are so amazing. I really find it has made a huge difference with my hot flushes and sleeping / fatigue issues. However the best part is, compared to my past experiences I find I now understand a lot more around how accupuncture works a little more. Overall, it is just a really great experience that I look forward to each visit.
