Tracy creates a calm, welcoming space and brings deep expertise to every session. Every session feels thoughtful and genuinely holistic from start to finish.
So caring and very gentle with the needles. You can hardly feel them. Tracy is skilful and knowledgeable. You absolutely feel much better. I went for more energy and that's what I got the very first time.
I love this treatment with Tracy, and the results I experience are so amazing. I really find it has made a huge difference with my hot flushes and sleeping / fatigue issues. However the best part is, compared to my past experiences I find I now understand a lot more around how accupuncture works a little more. Overall, it is just a really great experience that I look forward to each visit.
Tracy has been an amazing help supporting me with my major hormonal imbalances- namely PCOS. She has helped turn my cycle from a nightmare of constant, heavy bleeding to a normal, regular, 28 day cycle. She is super supportive, and friendly.
