Tracy Design Studio used my engineering services on the LAVA Restaurant Renovation project. Following a dispute with the project's owner and subsequent termination of his services, Mr. Tracy decided to unethically not pay us for our fulfilled services and claiming he was not paid by his client, (which he did). This is not a behavior of a responsible person and especially an architect where services are entrusted to his care. Bottom line, Mr. George Tracy is an untrustworthy person and any dealings with him should be avoided.
From flooded devastation to updated beauty, that’s what Tracy Design did for our home after Harvey 2017. We moved into our Bellaire, Texas bungalow as a young married couple over 50 years ago. Over the years as our growing family needed more space, we “closed in” and repurposed every square inch of our three bedroom home. After Harvey we were left with a shell.
