From our first phone call through the finished cake for my husband’s birthday, everything was PERFECT. Dealing with Tracy was a pleasure. She gave excellent advice, even suggesting that I buy LESS cake than I thought I would need, and she was right. Chocolate fleur de sel caramel was fabulous (and I’m very demanding of my desserts), as were the small bites. The vegan dessert was also a big hit, and very appreciated.
