I added a screened porch to my house and cannot say enough great things about Tracy Custom Builders! The approval process continued to get held up with the city but they stuck with me for over a year. In addition to the porch, they replaced all of my flooring downstairs and it all looks fantastic.Throughout the process, they offered enhancement suggestions that truly took the porch to the next level. I have personally had plenty of work done by Tracy Custom Builders and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They show up in a timely fashion and get the work done for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend anyone looking for work done to reach out!
Their team screened in our deck and layed the flooring. They went above and beyond in the process. So happy with the results! Punctual and prepared each day they came out. They were also very respectful. We also had them build foundation support for our front porch. I'm now thinking about some other projects. I'll add some photos!
I had them put down flooring in 4 rooms. They did an amazing job. I am very satisfied with the work and the whole experience. Good prople.
