Service advisor and the shuttle driver were great however, my three star is due to the fact that the dealership has very poor communication as far as picking up the phones. I didn't get any response from anyone at the dealership as far as getting it returned right back.
Great service and customer friendly.
Bad customer service I went for an oil change after 1hour and 40 minutes I looked out side and my truck still outside nobody even touched. I am the only car was waiting for service. I made an appointment at 8:39am and after 10 I went and grabbed my keys and left without the oil change. Nobody ask why or sorry for the delay or any excuses. They are so slow moving like the old days at the DMV . This is the last time I go to this place.
Wow! I made an appointment to get an oil change at 11am….. after 4 hours at 3pm they finally finished. Need I say more?!? Ummm yeah… so that wasted my day. 🤷♂️
