This was my first—and definitely last—visit to Tracy Chevrolet. I had an appointment for a simple oil change and was told at check-in that it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. After sitting there for 2 hours with no updates, someone finally came out to tell me it’d be another 30–45 minutes because they were backed up with too many oil change appointments. A couple of months ago I went in for some pretty standard maintenance. Maintenance which included rotating my tires. Without informing me even though I paid for it the service was not provided and they never really gave me credit for services not rendered, I did Yelp, assuming that the service manager would reach out and that's not the way they do things.
