Idk how to describe Ms.Carters bedside manner other than atrocious. Absolutely ridiculous. Her professionalism and thoughtful management of my Health Care needs is why I continue to see her. I feel that she is one of the best Providers at Kelsey Seybold.
I wish i can give zero stars. I had a video visit with this doctor today and she was arrogant and rude. As a black doctor I expected more and thats coming from a black nurse. She is by far the rudest MD I've had at Kelsey. She acted as if I was seeking drugs when all I needed was antibiotics for a reoccurring problem that I am already treating with my OB. I could not get ahold of my regular doctor and unfortunately had to settle with this one who lacks professionalism and ethical moral. Please do better!
Dr. Carter has been our family's primary care physician for years. I was initially disappointed when she left the Vintage location, but I willingly transitioned to her new practice at Westchase. Her knowledge, personable nature, and attentiveness to my concerns make her highly sought after, and it's evident through her work.
