Tracy does a great job isolating the problem area and then works on alleviating the issue. What I especially like is that she does that in a functional manner so that what she does coincides with actions you need to do during the day. I highly recommend her!
Tracey provides such a personalized, relaxing and professional experience. She takes the time to really listen to your concerns and work on your problem areas. Tracey checks in to make sure you are comfortable as she works out the tight areas. She truly cares about her patients. I should simply googled “Pompton Lakes area Massage” & up popped Tracy Lanzilotti. Very professional, knowledgeable & no BS massage oils or cucumber sandwiches! You tell her what hurts, she works out the kinks, done! Way more than just a massage, meaning, I actually felt alive/awake afterwards as opposed to taking a nap/linguini. Pressure points were rid of Very reasonably priced! Thanks Tracy, I will be back!

Highly recommend! I called Tracy regarding chronic pain and limited mobility in my arm. She was able to take me in on short notice. Tracy did a fantastic job and was able to relieve a lot of the pain and mobility issues. Tracy is professional and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to diagnose the issue and knows exactly how to fix it. I highly recommend Tracy and will definitely go back to see her.
