Tracy has quite literally changed my life. She has been my coach for the last three years and I continue to flourish under her guidance. While Tracy is there to listen to you and any challenge you may be facing she is not there to allow you to continue to remain stagnate and wallow in your current situation. She is there to help you improve your life overall and that requires work. We are all a "work in progress" if you will but I promise if you do the work she asks you will never look back or go back to where you started.
