Bad. They are an installer for Home Depot. From the time Home Depot took the order for an entry door install, it went slow, impossible to get information on door delivery and install date. The door was ordered at the beginning of May and we were told it would be in within 3 weeks. We called multiple times the beginning of June and they continued to put off when the door was being delivered until mid June (or that's what they told us). Read all the reviews about Tracy Becker and got really nervous. Called them directly and spoke with Sarah. She assured me a good team would be coming out to install the door. I was also nervous as we were downsizing from a custom door to a standard door. This means they would have to build down and re-frame the opening. A three man team arrived within the allotted time and answered all my questions. They worked fast, clean and organized. Half-way through the job a fourth installer arrived to help them. Horrible company. Terrible service from office staff and installers. Home Depot should consider goin through a different company.
