I only saw Dr. Kotnik one time then was shuffled to constantly seeing her nurse practitioners. Every time I call the office, there is at least a weeks' wait until I can get in. This practice seems to have no sense of urgency. I'm always advised to go to Stat Care by the person answering the phone. The staff is extremely nice though.
Dr Kotnik and Dr Christina are excellent. But the front desk receptionist is very rude. How can we reach the doctors with out the front deadk? The nurses are also too good. Kathy makes rude comments,very racist. Please take a note of this issue
When I moved to Ohio, a friend recommended Dr. Kotnik. I went to her for years, never disappointed with her care. My husband had a 7 way bypass, and had no family doctor, so she took him as a patient as well. We moved back to our home state of Indiana 2 yrs ago, and we can't find a Dr that compares to Dr. K. Really, really miss her and her office staff.
I have been her patient for over 20 years. Her office is a very caring and professional facility.
