DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!! I’ve spent the last few hours crying because my dress is completely ruined. I really wished I paid attention to the reviews before coming here. They ruined my $400 dollar dress and I paid $150 to the lady who assured me she could do I job that I felt was simple. There’s no way to fix it .
Horrible. Paid $150 for an alteration, was not able to try it on before leaving store and once home realized they did a horrible job, basically ruining a $500 dress. Had to pay another seamstress to salvage the item. Lady at pickup was rude with no personality. Only went here because it was next door to Lavender Formals (which we love by the way). Have tried calling multiple times with no response.
$27.90 for this! The hem was not straight and looks very sloppy for the price. I don’t recommend.
Lady was very rude, I'm not sure if it was her husband, but the man helped me the day I dropped my dress off. He didn't tell me I didn't need my receipt, she got an attitude when I came to pick my dress up when I didn't have my receipt. And I said "I wasn't told to bring that" and she said "yes I did tell you"... she wasn't even the one who helped me the day I dropped it off, it was only the man in the shop..
