I came into the shop and asked to sew some Isa arborist patches onto my Carhartt jacket. The owner of the shop was very attentive made sure that the placement was right and was very reasonably priced. For a small Express fee I got the job done the same day! I can now look more professional in my line of work thanks to Tracy alterations.

Highly recommend!! Purchased a dress here after losing quite a bit of weight but not being where I wanted. I bought a dress that zipped but with way too much effort and it was uncomfortable. This place was incredible! The woman who took the dress in seemed skeptical so I was nervous for the next fitting. I was so stressed out and the guy said to me- “do not worry, I’ll make it work” He worked his magic and the dress easily fit the day of the wedding. He sewed a beautiful belt on for me too. Brought a custom made, extensively beaded, delicate yet heavy dress in for alterations and was recommended to ask for Moe. He was on vacation. I came back the following week when Moe was back from vacation and he took in my details, followed up with me on specifications and fittings almost every two weeks at first, then every week. My dress was not only ready 3 weeks earlier than quoted, but done exceptionally well.
