Absolutely horrible experience. I called ahead for an estimate and was told to come in. I was greeted with a terrible attitude right from the start. I work in customer service and understand having bad days, but there is no excuse for projecting that onto a paying customer.I needed a very simple service—just pinning a hem, no cutting involved—so I could potentially return the dress later. Took my daughter here to get her prom dress altered since every place was booked. Her prom is on April 18th, took the dress in on April 3rd the dress was done by April 14th and it fit her perfectly. She wanted it shorter on the bottom but left her train on and the length was perfect just short enough to touch the floor and easy for her to walk in with her heels.
I went in with my granddaughter to get her dress altered. It needed to be taken in and shortened. This was an important dress and we were in a bit of a time crunch. Not only did he do a beautiful job on the alterations but he accommodated us on the time crunch. I will definitely use them for future alterations.
