Tracy was great to work with . We were on limited time and she set up a lot of great opportunities. Even while she was handling a family emergency she still made her self available whenever I called . Tracy knew what we were looking for and came in under our price range. I am not tec savvy and Tracy walked me through it all, explained what I didn’t know and how to do it . Thanks to her we are now moving to Florida. Thank you Tracy , could never have done it without you!
Tracy did an excellent job helping me prepare my home for sale with good advice and very attractive staging. My home went under contract shortly after the first open house. It was 20 years since I had done this so it was great to have someone who cared enough to prepare me for the next steps and make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She always checked with me to make sure everything was happening the way it should be, and was quick to respond to any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend her.
My husband and I are from the Midwest and we just closed on our dream home in south Florida.
