The check-in team was very helpful and answered questions I had related to my insurance. The LPN who roomed me (Pam) was very polite. She took my weight and vitals, went over my medications, and reviewed any upcoming labs or injections that were due. We also reviewed my last mammogram, and she got that ordered for me. Tracy Everman was prompt in coming in for my appointment. We had a great conversation, and she took the time to listen to some concerns I was having.
