In 2008, we began repairing outdoor power equipment from our two car garage. In 2010 our second son was born ten months after our first and we were challenged with the need to feed them and provide daycare for two infants. We decided to open a sales department and build a showroom that could double as a play area for the boys. With a lot of hard work and the support from all of our incredible customers, we have grown by leaps and bounds over the last few years. Don’t do it! Save your money and do it yourself! Trust me . I always repair my own equipment due to bad experience and getting ripped off. Well As I get older I tend to throw caution to the wind and trust that I might find a business that actually knows what they are doing and is honest. The associates at the company are great to deal with. However the management/owners are very rude and do not care about the customer. We called to receive an estimate of when our lawn mower would be delivered and we can hear the manager, Stephanie, yelling in the background "Don't give them a time, don't give them a time! They are just going to have to wait!"...This is after Stephanie has previously yelled at my wife on the phone because we decided to call to check on the status AND they accidentally sent a company truck to ... read more
Excellent customer service. They were attentive to my concern, called with a quote before the work was done and offered me a 30 day warranty on my repair. My machine was completed right the first time and delivered by a friendly driver who explained the work done very well.
Price for repair was outrageous including 13 dollars for a quart of fuel,repairs took two weeks longer than promised.when machine picked up bolts were missing.when contacted replacement bolts were sent but didn't fit .,holes had been stripped.when this was brought to the attention of the manager I was told not by them and they intimated I must've have done it ,however they were the only ones to ever work on this piece of equipment.These folks took no responsibility for the poor workmanship,were rude and have poor people and ... read more
The owners at woodstock location sold me a truck with a broken frame and never disclosed it. I wouldn't buy string for my weedwacker from these guys.
