Always a very helpful crew at Tractorland! They treat you in such a way that you know they genuinely care. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to Trailers, Kubota products and more. In a world where honesty is hard to find, Tractorland stands out.

There was a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect shown during the interaction. Regardless of the situation, customers should never feel talked down to or dismissed. The attitude from one of the employees (black long hair) came off as arrogant and unnecessarily confrontational. I understand that businesses have policies and busy days, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. Respect goes a long way, and unfortunately that was missing here. Went in to buy a new silage bailer- needless to say I was incredibly unimpressed with the level of professionalism, lack of customer service and inadequate selection. The employee with longer black hair is inherently disrespectful, rude and should not be speaking to customers that way. I’m not super sure how many people can get jobs at tractor companies, however, when selling expensive machinery, the attitude should be more then that of someone working at a gas station.
