Ordered a $650 12v starter for a yacht. They sent me a 24v one instead and there was no way for me to know based on the starter they sent. ended up damaging the battery and wiring as well. Has cost me literally thousands in having to pay a mobile mechanic to figure this out and the other issues it caused. All I have asked for is refund of amount and refund in the $100 shipping i paid, They are not answering calling in regard to refunding the shipping. Worst business I have ever dealt with in 40 years , half the order shows up and you call and can't get a answer to where the other half is the tracking number is invalid, been calling all week and can't get a call back or any type of answer, will NEVER EVER BUY FROM AGAIN , BAD BUSINESS SERVICE , been jerked around and told they will get a answer and never heard anything after calling before I ordered and asked if the parts were in stock and they said yes , save your money and don't waste your time with this joke of a busine... read more
