Update: changed to 1 star due to the lack of customer service from senior management. After everything, Stacie offered me a $50 gift card, which I politely declined. That’s less than 0.05% of a discount/refund and wouldn’t even cover my gas spent driving back and forth. If somebody bought a $50 product, you’d happily give them a 10% discount but, when I spend over $10k, I get $50 bucks back. Giving kudos to Amanda and her night team. I came one afternoon to buy a T Boss 550. The service received was great. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of equipment and product training TSC gives their employees. While clueless how to operate and get the machine up and running, we spend over 2hrs working between 3 UTV’s, swapping parts from each just to make one good UTV.
