I called about a product just to verify. Based solely on my phone number and looking at my order, the manager called me back to let me know I had an extended warranty and I could simply do a replacement with them, rather than going through the manufacturer. In my opinion this went above and beyond to make my customer experience great. I always shop here. They make it a good experience and truly care about servicing the customer.
Tractor Supply is such a fun store to walk around in. They’ve got a little bit of everything. I ended up grabbing a catnip plant for my cats, which was super cool. They even had baby chicks and ducks — I wasn’t expecting that, but it made my day. It’s just one of those places where you never know what you’ll find, but there’s always something good.
Let me start of with saying Weatherguard toolboxes are very good toolboxes, but for some reason I had a run of bad luck with two low profile boxes bought at tsc in cookeville,TN. Go to BIG R across the street. Much better store. Much better employees. Better feed prices We will pay more to get our propane elsewhere. We won't be back. Update 2. Left work early to get propane for several portables. Large slow woman comes out, sees all the tanks we already stacked behind our truck, and declares she saw lightning. There was none. Went to get new work boots and found a pair that'll work. Not a big selection but enough. Picked up other things we need for the farm as well.
