Tractor supply has a nice selection of things. The people that work there are very nice management and upper management use their customers as product along with their employees it is a bad company. I would suggest that no one shops at tractor supply in any City or any state
I have always gotten my boots warranted at tsc! But now they act like there boots come with ZERO warranty? And the manager said its "always" been that way! I call bs! So if your looking for boots then go to somewhere that will stand behind there warranty bc tsc absolutely will not anymore
I called about a product just to verify. Based solely on my phone number and looking at my order, the manager called me back to let me know I had an extended warranty and I could simply do a replacement with them, rather than going through the manufacturer. In my opinion this went above and beyond to make my customer experience great. I always shop here. They make it a good experience and truly care about servicing the customer.
Tractor Supply is such a fun store to walk around in. They’ve got a little bit of everything. I ended up grabbing a catnip plant for my cats, which was super cool. They even had baby chicks and ducks — I wasn’t expecting that, but it made my day. It’s just one of those places where you never know what you’ll find, but there’s always something good.
Let me start of with saying Weatherguard toolboxes are very good toolboxes, but for some reason I had a run of bad luck with two low profile boxes bought at tsc in cookeville,TN. The reason I am giving them a 1 star is the fact that after purchasing the first one that kept opening up going down the road even though it was locked and they exchanged it I showed them exactly how it was not closing properly so they swapped it out with another one got it one the truck and the passenger lock would not lock the manager on duty even... read more
