99% of the time they're extremely helpful. I get my propane there about once a week. This time, though, I was refused propane because it is raining. Not lightning and tornadoes, just a bit of rain. I guess my point is don't expect them to be there for you on the days that it actually matters, only when it is easy and convenient. I'll be filling my tanks elsewhere from this point forward. Really great experience with this manager today. He said he'd fix his rental trailer and he did just that. Really appreciate that kinda service.

The store is a bit smaller than the one I am use to but it does not lack for anything. I found what I needed. Brock provided great customer service and helped carry my big box out to the car. I even bought the warranty which I was advised never do, so kudos to him, for the insurance company, I guess 🤷♀️
