I had a great experience at Tractor Supply Company during my visit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help when I had questions. The store was well organized, the shelves were stocked, and there was a good variety of products available. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant shopping experience, and I would definitely stop here again when I’m in the area.
I cannot say enough fantastic things about this company! I'm dealing with Tractor Supply Rx concerning pet meds for my babies. Not only were they the least expensive but their customer service was outstanding. I had an occasion to call them today about an issue I had with an auto ship. I spoke with Jaronica. I am a door dasher and when asking for help on where to find something I overheard an employee telling another employee that they are not there to "shop" for doordash and that i was on my own. Very unprofessional. The doordash recipient is in fact a customer and should be treated as such.
