Visited the Tractor Supply Enola, PA tonight at 7 pm to bathe my dog. The bathing area was disgusting. Big clumps of hair everywhere. The tubs were dirty and the drains were clogged and the floor was wet. . I cleaned the tub and did use it. The area smelled bad. The store was not busy and store seemed properly staffed. I asked for the manager and I told her about the bath area and she just stood there with no response. No apology or excuse as to why it looked that way.

My experience is with the pet vet. I have been using pet vet for years for my 3 frenchies. Went there tonight with one of my frenchies who needed his shots. Had to register and was told I was 23rd in line! There were people who registered before me. The lady was rude. Claimed to be the supervisor and told me I could take my dog outside and wait for a text for my turn or walk around the store. I said I will stand right here and wait. She then told me I needed to move over to a corner with my dog. I said this is a public store... read more
