Waited for a long time for curbside pickup that never came . Had to go inside to get it myself. Another customer that got there after me pulled in to curbside pickup and got their order. I was completely ignored.

I waited in line for more than 5 minutes. I was the second person in line the employee named kevin went outside to help the customer in front of me and stayed out for quite a while and the other employees seen me but didnt say anything. Finally one of the employees who was a lady called on the radio for someone to help me. The employee named kevin came back inside the store and was ringing up the customer but went back outside again. They left me standing there like i wasnt there. SUPER disappointed in this store if I could have not given stars I wouldn't have.. so customer solutions told us to bring our defective item in and we could either a) exchange or b) put on gift card well when called to confirm spoke with MANAGER BILLY who blantly refused and said they have their own policies and don't have to go by the tractor supply company policies and he was not going to take back defective merchandise because he was not going to have their numbers affected.
