I always have a good experience at Solon Tractor Supply however, today was exceptionally good. I had to come in for a tire. Adam helped me. He couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, and polite!
I brought in a return that I had purchased on line. Dennis couldn't find it in the system but very nicely called Customer Service and was able to locate the order and process the return for me. Kai wouldn't let me help get the item out of my car, that was probably for the best. Really glad to have this store closer to home than Macedonia. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
