Customer Service is lacking at this store. My wife and I just recently stopped in to check out the after Christmas sale that was advertised. There was a sign showing the sale. Upon asking an associate in the pet aisle that he was stocking dog food in, stated he did not know which dog beds were on sale. He then just awkwardly stared at me and I had to ask him to scan the barcode of a specific bed with his hand scanner he had the whole time. Went in for cable ties. $15-20 for the same size and amount Walmart has for $4-8. I will drive right by you from now on.
The employees will not help you with anything. If you ask them where to locate something they won't even give you a specific isle just wave there hand in a general direction. They would rather stand around and talk. Horrible service.
Good place for farm items, animal feed and some general hardware. They have a comparable assortment of nuts, bolts and specialty fasteners that rivals your average hardware store. A nice Western clothing section and a nice line up of power tools. It's much easier to shop here than a box store and they are very friendly as well.
