Probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever! I spent $4500 on a zero turn mower and on their page it said my item qualified for a free same day delivery so I inquired. The response was “ we don’t know how that works, it’s a third party deal. You need to call them because we don’t know. Finally another associate says the delivery company will call me.
