I got a pair of pants for a Christmas present which was bought there a couple of weeks earlier. I wanted to exchange them for a size smaller. I didn't have a receipt but I had the name and phone number of the person who bought them. They wouldn't let me exchange them. Bad return policy Walmart would have taken. them back if I wore them and didn't like them
Shout out to Raffie for all his help! Otherwise this location was horrible. Went this morning with my husband to buy a trailer for the time ever, literally the most unhelpful employees ever. The older woman at the check out counter went silent as soon as I went to the check out counter, didn’t even bother to look me in the face or say more than two words while she was checking me out which is usually fine by me, but keep it consistent with every customer not just the only Asian person in the entire store. I go there every week and give my dog a bath and ALWAYS make sure to clean up after myself. My dog has itchy skin under his armpits so I brought shavers to shave that one spot. ( which I always do) well a guy I presume manger I’ve never seen before opens the door and was so rude and abrupt. He said you cant do that here with a very rude and annoyed tone.
